Registering a business in South Africa involves several steps to ensure compliance with local laws and regulations. Here how we can assist you:

1. Choose a Business Name: Start by selecting a unique name for your business. We can check the availability of your desired name on the Companies and Intellectual Property Commission (CIPC)
2. Register with the CIPC
3. Obtain a B-BBEE Certificate: Depending on your business type, you may need a Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment (B-BBEE) certificate. 
4. Register for Tax: we can register your business for tax with the South African Revenue Service (SARS). This includes obtaining an Income Tax number and, if applicable registering for VAT.
5. Open a Business Bank Account: It’s important to keep your personal and business finances separate. We encourage  new Businesses to open a Business account with any Regulated South African Bank.
6. Register for Other Licenses and Permits: Depending on your industry, you may need additional licenses or permits to operate legally.
